I started sticking letters in one of the corners. Then everyone did. It was like Hungry Hungry Hippos. Finally, the whole board was clear except for a pile in each corner.... and all 46 of us stopped. It couldn't have been for very long... 8 or 10 seconds, maybe, but it felt very strange after all of that frantic activity.

It was all just white. And so still. I can't know for sure, but I think we are all sort of thinking the same thing... we were just stunned. We knew what was coming, and had been working actively toward it... but when it finally came, we were still unprepared for it.

Then it went back to normal.

I still feel a little shaken.
